You may qualify for the Gold Standard Program if:

• Your facility is a current Gold Standard client.
• You register and allow us to refer you to a Gold Standard Team Realtor.
• You complete your sale with a Gold Standard Team Realtor.
• You are not enrolled in another real estate benefit or cashback program from any other provider.

You may not be eligible for the Gold Standard Program if:

• You are participating in another cashback or real estate benefit program.
• You are using another real estate relocation program.
• You have contacted an agent/Realtor prior to enrolling in the program.
• You have committed to a real estate firm through a listing agreement, buyer broker agreement, or a ratified sales contract.
• Your state does not permit real estate rebates (restrictions apply in AK, AL, IA, KS, MO, MS, OK, OR, TN).

Realtor Assignment for Home Sale/Home Purchase

• The Gold Standard Team will connect you with a Gold Standard Team Realtor to assist you with your home purchase and/or home listing. If the Realtor with whom they connect you with is not a good fit, you may have your single point of contact connect you with a new Realtor and still remain eligible for the Circle Move Benefit Program.
• You are ineligible for the cashback incentive if you have already committed to a real estate firm by any contract or broker agreement, as well as if you have viewed the property you want to make an offer on with an Realtor not assigned by your single point of contact.
• This cashback real estate transaction program cannot be combined with additional real estate benefit programs.
• Your cashback will be provided to you via check within 21 days of the close date.
• Government Restrictions do not allow this cashback program in these states, AK, AL, IA, KS, MO, MS, OK, OR, TN.
• The Gold Standard Program cashback is valid on a purchase or sale; and is not available for leases or other transactions.
• The cashback incentive applies to a purchase and/or sale that has a closing price of $100,000 or more and a minimum commission of 2%.
