She oversees the company’s multi-state brokerage, title, and insurance operations across the Midwest and Florida, with responsibility for growth strategy, performance, and organizational leadership.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning real estate operations, marketing, and executive leadership, Melissa is known for building high-performing teams, modernizing infrastructure, and driving sustained expansion. Her leadership continues to strengthen CENTURY 21 Circle’s market presence, agent value proposition, and long-term growth trajectory.

Tina Johnson leads field operations for CENTURY 21 Circle, supporting office performance, brokerage growth, recruiting, and agent success across multiple markets. With more than twenty years of real estate experience, she brings deep knowledge of brokerage operations, franchise performance, coaching, and leadership development.

Her background includes work as a Franchise Performance Consultant and Regional Recruiting Manager for CENTURY 21, where she helped brokerages identify opportunities, improve business performance, and implement scalable solutions. Tina’s leadership strengthens office execution, field support, and long-term operational growth.

Chris Stephens

Vice President, Agent Development & Coaching

Chris Stephens leads agent development and coaching for CENTURY 21 Circle, bringing nearly two decades of award-winning real estate experience. Recognized as one of Chicagoland’s leading real estate professionals, Chris has earned honors including Rookie of the Year, Realtor of the Year, and Designated Managing Broker of the Year.

In this role, Chris helps agents strengthen client relationships, elevate production, and build sustainable real estate businesses. His coaching approach combines market expertise, practical strategy, and a relationship-driven understanding of what it takes to succeed in residential, commercial, luxury, and investment real estate.
